‍ Retail Manager Position Overview:

• Welcoming clients into the store and assisting them in their shopping experience

• Answering the shop phone, taking orders, and running the register.

• Overseeing daily retail shop operations

• Our guest experience is a top priority- being friendly, professional, and taking care of our clients is a must.

• Answering basic fresh flower and plant care questions

• Maintaining inventory and restocking products

• Creating and maintaining attractive, seasonal displays

• Opening/ closing the shop and maintaining a clean, organized space

• Working alongside the floral team to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently

• Jumping in wherever needed! -This could be running a delivery, help wrap bouquets, running to the greenhouse for plants, etc. Everyday is a little different.

• This is a full time position

‍ Design Assistant Position Overview:

• This position is designed to be an extra hand to our floral team. This could include a range of different tasks each day.

• Pulling inventory (vases, candles, etc.) for upcoming events.

• Prepping vases

• Processing flowers

• Cleaning out/ organizing the cooler

• Loading and unloading the van

• Assisting in event set ups, transfers, and teardowns

• Answering the phone, taking orders, and hoping in to help the front end when needed.

• Answering basic floral and plant questions clients may have.

• Restock vases, clean, and put away rental items that return from events.

• General cleaning up around the shop

• This could be a part time or full time position
